Closing event

Its been an awesome few weeks preparing and running the Fashion Fair with an amazin end result.

For the people reading this who have no idea how Virtual Worlds work: In the virtual worldz InWorldz, they have their own currency called the Izzie. 500Izzie can be transfered to 1 USD via for example paypal. Most of the items sold in this vitual world are between 100 and 500 izzies (micro-payment).

With the Fashion Fair, the Auction and the closing party, the InWorldz residents have raised a total amount of 1.137.447 izzies, which eguals $2,011.56 USD to benefit St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital.

Last friday August 31st we had the closing party. One of the founders has said that when the InWorldz residents would raise more then 1 million Izzies, he would walk around in pink so here are some pictures and video’s regarding this:
